We use Paypal as our payment processor. Paypal is known for providing state of the art security when processing all payments through credit cards and/or a customers Paypal account. Any questions regarding the payment process needs to be handled between you and Paypal.

Refunds and Returns

To request a refund you need to contact us through our email system before the 180 days from the date you placed your order. Any refund requests after 180 days from the date you placed your order will be denied.

You must have used the extender for at least 150 days in order to give the ProExtend system adequate time to promote growth of your penis.

You must have used the extender as instructed.

When emailing us please provide your full name as used at the time of payment, your email (used with paypal payment), your full address and the reason you would like to return the product.

We will review your return request accordingly. We have the right to refuse any request we deem fraudulent or unwarranted strictly by our subjective point of view and by purchasing the product you agree to these terms.

All returns need to be shipped to us completely including original packaging with all parts originally sent to you when you received your order. Failure to do so will lead to a rejection of your refund request. You are responsible to pay the return shipping costs.

Any alterations to the product purchased or its parts will void your return request. We will only honor a refund for one of our extenders per order and/or person(s).

Shipping

We prefer to use UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service for delivery of our products. There may be times when we use a different carrier. Shipping carriers for international orders will vary depending on the country and an additional charge for international orders will be applied.

Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.

We will not ship to a PO BOX.

We are discreet when packaging our products for delivery. Neither the package or label display images or words related to male enhancement.

Legal Notice
